We are Debbie and Amber
both of us have been around cats all our lives.. I started Breeding cats in 1978
Amber obtained her own GCCF Prefix 4 years ago, but with us no longer living in
the UK she hasnt used it yet but she will register the name with Neo cats when
her own cats eventually breed.
We originate from the UK but have now lived in
Germany for 2 and a half years
Our house is situated on the edge
of a forest, which goes on for many miles this is also a preservation area for
birds.

I started with Siamese
as show neuters , then breeding I also had British Shorthairs as pets,
I then purchased 2 BSH
bred queens and have never looked back.
The Siamese I had for many years but
they were the old fashioned type with heads similar in type to a British
shorthair female. I do still hanker for a Siamese but not the slender ones that
are bred today.
The British Shorthair is, and always will be one of my
favourites, our cats are all English line's, there is no silver in the lines and
some of my lines dont have Colourpoint
We also are proud of the fact
that any Persian that was put in originally to produce the colourpointed, is now
16/17 Generations back in just a couple of the pedigrees.
I very rarely let my boys be used at
stud, but I will under the right circumstances, let a boy go for stud, and my
rules are simple but firm this boy when he has been finished with must be
neutered before and if he has to be rehomed..
I was after seeing them at a
show, smitten with
Abyssinians hence them
being here my favourite colour is Lilac followed by the sorrel.
I bought a Selkirk rex
in 2005, after first being introduced to them in 2000 by a breeder in Austria
who bought my Chocolate Boy Ch Badsworth Simply the best for breeding with
her own Selkirk's..
I was smitten but they
where way beyond my price range at the time... so Save and Save I did
I purchased a black tortie
van Longhair but sadly she died not long after she came to us, so back to square
one! more saving and along came Chanel our Black tortie girl, she will be our
foundation girl and then it will be wait and see.
Maine
Coons,
I have always loved these cat, they are beautiful animals, I had
seen and handled them at shows while stewarding and was very
much in love but never thought we would have one, I am actually
allergic to some of the longhaired cats, but when you have been
stewarding all day for a semi longhair longhair judge's
you dont know which.
but Maine
coons British shorthairs Somalis, and Balinese I know are not
them.
I came
here and my friends Niels and Hanneke's cat Sylvester decided
that he must just have the wonderful Ursa and that as they say
was that, Niels and Hanneke where unaware of this meeting, until
Ursa started to put a lot of weight on... and well you know the
rest. having met and handled Sylvester and Ursa during visits to
their home I knew that the kittens would be wonderful with
fabulous temperaments... so Athene when she arrived was
booked... she was to be the only one... a pet only with the
option for Amber to have kitten's if she wanted... that was
until I met her sister Aphrodite.... and then we had two... what
did we let our selves in to they are double THE trouble...
but what they do in
their naughty time they make up for in their loving time they
are beautiful cats.... we soon hope to add a beautiful boy to
our collection and then they will be complete
That's a
little bit on us, hope you enjoy the website...
We have a lot of work to do on our
new house and so we will let you see pictures here of our
attenpts to make this house a home with the garden and of course
some things about us.and our Holiday trips... when we can leave
all ths behind...
bye for
now....
